1. はじめに

本ポリシーは、Kiichi Takazakura（以下「当方」）が提供する iOS アプリ「MuscleFlip」（MuscleLog）における個人情報の取扱いを説明するものです。

2. 当方が収集・処理する情報

本アプリは、ユーザーが入力・撮影した記録（写真、体重、歩数、メモ等）を端末内に保存します。当方の独自サーバーへ記録内容を送信することはありません。

同じ Apple ID で iCloud にサインインしている場合、記録と写真は Apple の iCloud（CloudKit） 経由で、ユーザーの他の端末や再インストール後の端末へ同期されることがあります。同期データは Apple が管理するユーザーの iCloud 領域に保存され、当方が閲覧・収集することはありません。

写真・動画: カメラまたはフォトライブラリから取得し、端末内に保存（iCloud サインイン時は同期される場合あり）
体重・歩数: Apple ヘルスケアから読み取り（許可時のみ）
Face ID: プライバシーロックの解除にのみ使用
購入: Apple StoreKit 経由（当方は決済情報を保持しません）

3. 第三者サービス

Apple Health: 許可時のみ体重・歩数を読み取り。書き込みは行いません。
Apple Vision（端末内の画像解析）: タイムラプス動画の「顔を隠す」「位置・大きさを自動でそろえる」機能でのみ使用。処理は端末内で完結し、顔の特徴量や解析結果を保存・送信しません。個人の識別には使用しません。
StoreKit: Pro 版の購入・復元に利用。
Apple iCloud（CloudKit）: 記録・写真の端末間同期に利用。
通知: リマインダー利用時に端末の通知許可を求める場合があります。

4. データの保存・共有・削除

記録データは端末内（SwiftData）に保存され、iCloud サインイン時は CloudKit でも同期されます。当方は記録を第三者と共有しません。アプリを削除すると端末上のデータは削除されますが、iCloud 上に残った同期データは Apple ID / iCloud の設定に従って管理・削除されます。

5. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。

6. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Kiichi Takazakura handles information in the iOS app MuscleFlip (MuscleLog).

2. Information We Process

The app stores your records (photos, weight, steps, notes) on your device. We do not transmit journal content to our own servers.

When you are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID, records and photos may sync across your devices via Apple iCloud (CloudKit). Synced data lives in your iCloud account managed by Apple; we do not access or collect it.

3. Third-Party Services

Apple Health: reads weight and steps with your permission; no writes
Apple Vision (on-device image analysis): used only for the "Hide face" and "Auto-align position and size" time-lapse options. All processing happens on device; no face data or analysis results are stored or transmitted, and it is never used to identify individuals.
StoreKit: in-app purchases and subscriptions
Apple iCloud (CloudKit): syncs records and photos across your devices
Notifications: optional reminders

4. Storage, Sharing & Deletion

Data is stored locally (SwiftData) and may sync via CloudKit when signed in to iCloud. We do not share your records. Deleting the app removes data from the device; data remaining in iCloud is managed through your Apple ID / iCloud settings.
