These terms govern your use of the iPhone app "DrawWake" (the "App") provided by the DrawWake team ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these terms.
The core features of the App (alarms, drawing, gallery, insights) work without an account.
Social features such as friends and groups require signing in with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for your own account.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account in the App.
You retain copyright in the drawings, images, comments and other content you create in the App ("your content"). We do not acquire ownership of it.
We use your content only to operate the App's features — showing it to the audience you chose, generating thumbnails, and handling reports. We do not use it for advertising or as machine-learning training data.
Your content is not sent to our servers until you tap "post."
When using the social features, the following are not allowed:
You can report any post or comment from its "…" menu. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours as a rule.
Where we find content that breaches these terms, we may remove it and suspend or delete some or all functions of the account involved, without prior notice.
Content that harms children is acted on immediately, without exception.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment and renewal are handled by Apple (App Store); we never receive your payment details.
You can cancel anytime from Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, it renews automatically.
Refunds follow Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
The contents of Premium may change, with advance notice.
The App is a smartphone app. Depending on the state of your device — power, notification settings, silent mode, Focus mode, OS behaviour, a dead battery — the alarm may fail to ring.
For anything important, do not rely on the App alone; use another alarm as well.
We are not liable for losses arising from an alarm failing to ring.
The App is provided as is. We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, or that it will be free of interruptions or defects.
We cannot restore data stored on your device or in your iCloud. Please keep your own backups of anything important.
We may change the App or discontinue it as necessary. If we discontinue it, we will give notice in the App in advance where possible.
We may revise these terms as needed. Significant changes will be announced in the App or on this website. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
